Install the app from Salla
Open TajeerAI in the Salla App Store and install it. Salla shows you the permissions it asks for before you approve.

Finish setup inside Salla's dashboard
TajeerAI opens inside Salla's own dashboard. A setup wizard configures the sync scope, the plan, the messaging channel, the AI provider, the assistant and your team invitations.

Products, customers and orders are imported into your workspace, then refresh on a schedule without you doing anything.

What data we use
TajeerAI uses your Salla store identifier and your product, customer and order data for one purpose: running the store and conversation features the merchant asked for.
That means showing products, prices and availability inside a conversation, matching a messaging customer to their record, surfacing their orders to your team, and letting the AI assistant answer catalogue and order questions.
Data from each connected store is stored inside its own owner's workspace only. One merchant cannot view another merchant's products, customers or orders.
We do not sell store data, do not use it for advertising, and do not build profiles across merchants. Retention, access and deletion rights are set out in the privacy policy.
