The service

Tajer AI provides tools to manage customer conversations, connect commerce platforms, automate follow-ups and use AI-assisted replies. Features depend on your subscription plan and the integrations you enable.

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes that affect your use will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including actions taken by team members you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business that uses Tajer AI.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tajer AI to send spam, harass others, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware or attempt unauthorised access to our systems or third-party services.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your customers and for complying with messaging rules on WhatsApp, email and other channels you connect.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, features and trial terms are shown at checkout or in your workspace billing settings.

Failure to pay may suspend or limit access. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or required by applicable law.

Your content and our IP

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload or sync into Tajer AI. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Tajer AI, its software, branding and documentation remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated replies will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Tajer AI and cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
